Connor uses his understanding of numbers and ability to connect with people to help clients act with clarity and confidence.
In his role as a business advisor, he oversees the design, financial modeling, and implementation of plans to retain talented people and unlock transferable business value. Since joining The McFarland Group in 2014, he has worked exclusively with business owners and their stakeholders on this effort.
Connor graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and soon after passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam (license currently inactive). He draws on his background in public accounting and being a previous small business owner when working with clients.
Outside of work, Connor and his wife, Kelsey, enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. You can also frequently find him out on the golf course or watching the horses run.
It is planning that allows entrepreneurs to leave their businesses when they want; sell to whom they want, for the money they need; and thus Realize the American Dream.
