John joined The McFarland Group in 2012. After attending law school at Creighton University, John integrated his knowledge and expertise with his passion for entrepreneurship and began advising business owners on creating and maintaining a sustainable enterprise.
The process of developing and effectuating a successful exit plan is one that John and his team have demonstrated by guiding over $500 million of business value. Working alongside innovators and entrepreneurs, John facilitates the development of clearly defined strategies to attract and retain talent, mitigate risk, and achieve long-term sustainable growth objectives.
John and his wife, Shelby, live in Omaha with their daughter, Betsy, and two dogs. John is both an avid golfer and hunting enthusiast.
